International Partner Alliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and assistance to the sales team regarding deal registration and operational inquiries.

• Oversee partner deal registration submissions and provide status updates through email and CRM systems.

• Recognize and facilitate process enhancements, including automation initiatives.

• Stay informed about partner programs, policies, procedures, and promotional activities.

• Relay significant changes and information to relevant teams and stakeholders.

• Foster collaborative relationships with sales teams, partners, and vendors.

• Ensure that deal registrations, quotes, and orders are processed accurately and promptly.

• Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives for deal registration processes.

• Utilize internal sales systems along with partner, vendor, and distribution tools for deal registration, quoting, and ordering tasks.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams and lead meetings to address critical deals and operational challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Flexibility to work varied hours.

• Commitment to maintaining Partner Certification(s) throughout employment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Fundamental experience with Microsoft SharePoint.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to stakeholders across various functions and levels.
