This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Enhance collaborations within the western Canadian healthcare ecosystem focused on gastroenterology, rheumatology, and hospital/institutional care.
β’ Establish reliable, non-promotional relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, hospital leaders, and community stakeholders.
β’ Recognize care gaps and collaboratively develop solutions to improve access, care pathways, patient flow, system capacity, and sustainability.
β’ Collaborate with community and academic gastroenterology and rheumatology stakeholders on patient journeys, care pathways, system readiness, and barriers to care.
β’ Co-develop scalable workflow and care-pathway solutions.
β’ Produce insights into the healthcare system that promote efficient, sustainable, patient-centered care models.
β’ Act as a strategic partner to hospitals and institutions regarding oncology biosimilars, supportive care, and anticoagulation.
β’ Enhance infusion capacity, patient flow, continuity of care, and institution-led biosimilar transitions as appropriate.
β’ Cultivate relationships with pharmacy directors, clinic managers, medical leaders, and key stakeholders.
β’ Investigate innovative partnership models, tools, workflows, and care-enablement strategies.
β’ Lead or assist with compliant Strategic Healthcare Enhancement Projects and quality improvement initiatives.
β’ Create and relay healthcare-system insights for organizational comprehension and strategic planning.
β’ Aid in the sharing and scaling of quality improvement learnings.
β’ Collaborate in a compliant manner with cross-functional field and Head Office colleagues.
β’ Represent Pfizer at relevant conferences, meetings, and events.
β’ Adhere to Pfizer policies, procedures, non-promotional standards, and compliance requirements.
β’ Identify and report adverse events and product complaints.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Over 8 years of pertinent pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare experience.
β’ Background in strategic partnership, institutional, field-based, or healthcare-system roles.
β’ Experience with quality improvement, co-creation, system partnerships, or complex projects.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, patient pathways, and evolving healthcare and pharmacy models.
β’ Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities with senior healthcare stakeholders.
β’ Capacity to lead through influence and collaborate compliantly across functions.
β’ Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ High initiative, adaptability, and comfort in navigating complexity and ambiguity.
β’ Experience in specialty care, biologics, biosimilars, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and/or hospital-based care is advantageous.
β’ Bilingualism is a plus; proficiency in French and English is necessary for interactions outside Quebec or Canada.
β’ Must be based in Western Canada, preferably in Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, nationally, and internationally.
β’ Valid driver's license and driving record that meets Pfizer's requirements.
β’ Maintain documentation necessary for international travel.
