This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Enhance collaborations within the Ontario healthcare landscape, specifically in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and institutional care.
• Establish reliable relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, hospital executives, and community partners.
• Recognize care gaps and collaboratively develop solutions to enhance access, timeliness, care pathways, patient flow, system capacity, and sustainability.
• Cooperate with community and academic stakeholders in gastroenterology and rheumatology to gain insights into patient journeys, care pathways, system readiness, and unmet needs.
• Co-develop scalable workflows and care pathway solutions.
• Act as a strategic collaborator for hospitals and institutions, emphasizing oncology biosimilars, supportive care, and anticoagulation.
• Enhance infusion capacity, patient flow, continuity of care, and facilitate institution-led biosimilar transitions where applicable.
• Forge connections with pharmacy directors, clinic managers, medical leaders, and other essential stakeholders.
• Investigate innovative partnership models, tools, workflows, and care-enabling strategies.
• Lead or assist in compliant Strategic Healthcare Enhancement Projects and quality improvement initiatives.
• Produce and convey insights regarding the healthcare system for organizational comprehension and strategic development.
• Aid in disseminating and scaling quality improvement insights across various healthcare environments.
• Collaborate in compliance with cross-functional teams while adhering to a distinct non-promotional, non-demand-generating mandate.
• Represent Pfizer at pertinent conferences, meetings, and events.
• Conduct activities in alignment with Pfizer's policies, procedures, non-promotional standards, and compliance obligations.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints.
• A university degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Background in quality improvement, co-creation, system partnerships, and/or complex projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, patient pathways, and evolving healthcare and pharmacy models.
• A strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities with senior healthcare stakeholders.
• Capability to lead through influence and collaborate in a compliant manner across various functions.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High initiative, adaptability, and comfort in navigating complexity and uncertainty.
• Experience in specialty care, biologics, biosimilars, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and/or hospital-based care is a plus.
• Bilingualism is desirable.
• Must reside in Ontario, preferably in the Greater Toronto Area.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, nationally, and internationally as needed.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Pfizer's requirements.
• Maintain the necessary documentation for international travel.
