This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and various other platforms.
• Evaluate applicants by conducting interviews and assessing both technical skills and cultural compatibility.
• Oversee candidate pipelines in Ashby while ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and guide them throughout the offer process.
• Support candidates during client interviews and help facilitate their onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Set clear expectations between staffers and clients from the outset.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers.
• Conduct regular check-ins: weekly during Month 1, bi-weekly in Month 2, and monthly from Month 3 onward.
• Observe productivity, engagement, and well-being; address inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
• Measure staffer satisfaction and engagement through pulse surveys and ongoing discussions.
• Identify opportunities for training or upskilling and recommend developmental pathways.
• Recruit replacements in the event of staffer departures.
• Champion the long-term success and value of staffers within CAS.
• Ensure the secure handling of candidate and client information.
• Collaborate using Slack, Zoom, and task boards; adhere to established review cycles.
• Facilitate the entire hiring process, including application, prescreening, skills and aptitude assessments, leadership interviews, offers, and onboarding stages.
• Location: South Africa.
• Full-time independent contractor with an exclusive commitment; no part-time or freelance work permitted post-hire.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success is essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills; comfortable in building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Empathetic, proactive, and able to excel in a dynamic remote environment.
• Willingness to work during the EST 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
• Familiarity with ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity tools is a plus.
• Previous experience supporting remote teams across various regions is advantageous.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment from the most recent position.
• South African candidates are required to present a Certificate of Clearance.
• Compliance with character and professional reference checks is mandatory.
• LinkedIn profile must be updated to reflect CAS as the new employer.
• Compliance with ActivTrak monitoring on company-provided devices is required.
• Must be available and willing to work a U.S. time zone shift without requesting or negotiating a different schedule.
