Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of RYZE’s affiliate program utilizing AspireIQ from start to finish

• Recruit new affiliates and oversee the affiliate platform

• Enhance commission structures for better performance

• Establish and manage commission structures, codes, and links

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of affiliate payouts

• Track clicks, conversions, revenue, and the contribution of affiliates to creator-driven revenue

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of high-performing affiliates

• Identify new creators and elevate standout creators into paid tiers

• Verify that affiliate content and disclosures adhere to FTC guidelines and RYZE brand standards

• Monitor for fraudulent activities, coupon misuse, and policy breaches while addressing escalations

• Collaborate with finance and operations on payout reconciliation and reporting

• Keep affiliates informed about program updates, incentives, and performance feedback

• Conduct A/B testing to enhance the affiliate funnel

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, preferably managing a program on AspireIQ or a comparable affiliate platform

• Familiarity with commission structures, payout processes, and performance metrics

• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail, adept at managing numerous affiliate relationships

• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting purposes

• Excellent, professional written communication skills

• A performance-driven mindset and a proactive approach

• Experience with AspireIQ specifically is a plus

• Knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate and influencer content is a bonus

• Background in the food & beverage or wellness sectors is advantageous

• Experience supporting a gifting or paid creator program in conjunction with affiliate efforts is beneficial

• Familiarity with community platforms such as Google Groups, Discord, etc. is a plus

• Position is remote (US), with occasional travel for content shoots, creator events, and experiential activations
