Partner Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Review and authorize marketing materials in accordance with work papers to ensure quality and compliance with Pathward, Network, and Regulatory standards.

• Engage with the Partner relationship team to foster and sustain Partner connections via phone, email, and meetings.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and network operations teams to meet client requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Lead, drive, and finalize program implementation tasks specific to the department.

• Submit programs to payment networks for evaluation and approval.

• Educate Partners on the marketing submission portal and oversee their usage.

• Oversee the self-approval process for designated Partners.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned Partners and their respective programs.

• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct regular compliance reviews for Partners and compile findings reports.

• Address and resolve any applicable findings from Compliance Reviews.

• Achieve and uphold department Service Level Agreements and Quality Review scores.

• Contribute to enterprise projects related to current Partner assignments.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Generally requires less than one year of relevant experience.

• Strong grasp of regulatory compliance principles and practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to work with a high level of precision.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software applications.
