This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborating closely with senior leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Overseeing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
• Creating robust pipelines of engaged GTM talent and cultivating relationships over time.
• Assisting in enhancing processes, shaping hiring culture, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
• Leveraging data to provide insights, monitor progress, and guide decisions throughout the recruitment process.
• A minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience in recruiting across GTM functions—Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and/or Customer Success.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates using various platforms, prioritizing quality and long-term fit.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers effectively.
• A people-centric approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences.
• Previous experience in RPO is a plus.
