This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact between Client Services, Recruiting, event personnel, onboarding, payroll, billing, and program leadership.
• Oversee designated staffing programs from the initial planning stage through implementation and post-event follow-up.
• Verify staffing profiles, staff duties, training prerequisites, locations, schedules, and activation priorities with Client Services.
• Supervise the sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, availability, and staffing processes.
• Monitor staffing goals, pipeline coverage, candidate drop-off, onboarding delays, and readiness risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Relay staffing priorities, program modifications, and subsequent actions to Recruiting and internal teams.
• Maintain updated records in systems, program files, staffing trackers, and talent profiles with precise information.
• Collaborate with event staff before, during, and after activations to reinforce expectations, confirm preparedness, and resolve any issues.
• Reconcile staff hours and associated client billing details within 72 hours following each event.
• Review post-event reports for completeness, compliance, and accuracy.
• Manage multiple programs, markets, and deadlines while upholding service, communication, and documentation standards.
• Adhere to company policies regarding equal employment opportunity, privacy, recordkeeping, background checks, I-9 support, payroll, and billing.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• One to three years of pertinent experience in staffing, recruiting, talent operations, field operations, event operations, client service, or a similar setting.
• Proven experience in coordinating several projects, markets, staffing requirements, or deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates, field staff, clients, and internal partners.
• Capability to maintain precise records across staffing, applicant tracking, communication, scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, exercise good judgment, demonstrate independent remote work discipline, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Preferred: Experience in high-volume, retail, merchandising, experiential, seasonal, event, or distributed field staffing.
• Preferred: Experience managing staffing readiness from planning through implementation and closeout.
• Preferred: Experience reconciling time, payroll support data, billing support data, or post-event reporting.
• Preferred: Informal leadership, project ownership, or stakeholder management experience.
