Talent Operations Associate Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate initial and assessment calls to evaluate candidates' technical and non-technical suitability in relation to client needs.

• Investigate client roles to support candidates throughout the process.

• Gather structured insights from candidates based on evaluation criteria.

• Oversee candidate communications, feedback mechanisms, status updates, and transitions to Account Managers.

• Utilize Airtable, Slack, and CRM tools for reporting and maintaining quality standards.

• Observe live screening calls and gradually conduct 15–20, then 25–40 screening calls daily.

• Execute independent candidate screenings in accordance with client interview standards.

• Take responsibility for candidate feedback and create essential reports.

• Master comprehensive talent operations for potential extension or full-time conversion.

• 0–1 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Confident in leading candidate calls in a professional manner.

• Capable of quickly grasping technical and non-technical job descriptions.

• Skilled in rapidly synthesizing information.

• Ability to accept feedback and adapt in dynamic environments.

• Graduates in BBA, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Experience with Airtable/Slack or a keen interest in startup hiring is an advantage.
