This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Take charge of a talent portfolio independently, acting as the primary contact for both operational and strategic issues.
β’ Foster strong, enduring relationships with creators while understanding their unique objectives, requirements, and potential.
β’ Provide guidance to talents regarding collaborations, partnerships, and business decisions.
β’ Advocate for the interests of talents in interactions with brands, agencies, and partners.
β’ Organize and assess incoming collaboration requests and assist in negotiations.
β’ Keep track of appointments, deadlines, ongoing collaborations, and other obligations.
β’ Manage selected campaigns autonomously, from aligning briefs and timelines to content approvals and finalization.
β’ Actively seek out opportunities and cultivate partnerships, formats, and avenues for long-term growth.
β’ Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and dependable processes.
β’ Stay updated on relevant trends in social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy, leveraging them for opportunities.
β’ Several years of pertinent experience, preferably in talent management, influencer marketing, creator management, or within a similar agency, media, or management setting.
β’ Proven experience in independently managing creators, talents, artists, or other public figures is highly advantageous.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the creator economy, current social media platforms, trends, and business models.
β’ Experience collaborating with brands, agencies, and other professional partners, along with confidence in negotiations.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trustworthy, long-term relationships.
β’ Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to coordinate multiple talents, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.
β’ A strong sense of accountability, discretion, and reliability.
β’ Proficient in both German and English (B2/C1 level).
β’ A responsible position that directly influences the development and success of the talents.
