
Talent Management Partner Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Drive succession readiness across designated North America client groups.
β’ Lead the identification, assessment, and development of critical and high-potential talent through talent reviews and calibration sessions.
β’ Collaborate with HRBPs on talent strategy, planning for critical roles, and enhancing workforce capabilities.
β’ Develop, monitor, and refine succession readiness plans.
β’ Evaluate organizational effectiveness and suggest evidence-based interventions.
β’ Implement retention strategies, including conducting stay interviews, identifying flight risks, and executing targeted interventions.
β’ Link critical and high-potential talent to stretch assignments, mobility opportunities, and cross-functional experiences.
β’ Design and support specialized development programs in partnership with Learning & Development and HRBPs.
β’ Generate reports on bench strength, pipeline readiness, and overall talent health.
β’ Ensure follow-through on action plans from talent reviews and maintain accountability for outcomes.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.
β’ Translate talent strategy into team priorities, operational plans, and measurable objectives.
β’ Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and development discussions.
β’ Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members.
β’ Establish trusted partnerships with HRBPs and senior HR stakeholders.
β’ Communicate talent health, succession risks, and pipeline readiness through structured reporting.
β’ Collaborate with Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and other Centers of Excellence (COE) partners.
β’ Promote the consistent application of talent management tools, frameworks, and processes.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Over 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years focused on talent management, organizational development, or a closely related specialty.
β’ Proven experience in designing and facilitating talent reviews, succession planning processes, and high-potential identification and development programs.
β’ Experience in consulting with and influencing senior HR partners regarding talent strategy, critical role planning, and workforce capability.
β’ Background in managing or leading HR teams, including setting objectives, developing talent, and promoting accountability.
β’ Strong analytical skills with experience in translating talent data and bench strength metrics into strategic insights.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work across various time zones as required.
β’ Compliance with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and relevant ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations is necessary.
β’ Preferred: Master's degree, MBA with a concentration in HR, or professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
β’ Preferred: Experience within a global, matrixed organization, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or defense/aerospace sectors.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with psychometric and assessment tools.
β’ Preferred: Experience in building or scaling a talent management function or team.
β’ Preferred: Proficiency in HRIS and talent management platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, as well as data visualization tools.
