This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
⢠Develop a comprehensive understanding of each designated Operating Companyās strategy, operational framework, leadership strengths, and talent risks through an integrated partnership with the OpCo HRVP, HR business partners, and OpCo leaders.
⢠Collaborate with operating company HR teams to identify genuine business challenges and formulate targeted solutions.
⢠Convert business obstacles into clear implications for leadership, capabilities, and talent.
⢠Shape, propose, co-create, and implement practical solutions by leveraging enterprise curriculum, assessments, coaching, development plans, and learning resources as viable options. Utilize existing resources whenever beneficial.
⢠Co-design and deliver initiatives alongside HRVPs and other leaders when appropriate to enhance internal activation capabilities.
⢠Personally facilitate and conduct impactful workshops, team installations, and leadership sessions when expertise, behavior modification, or alignment are essential.
⢠Maintain a continuous partnership with the Operating Company HR team to track progress, modify strategies, and ensure follow-through until the desired change is realized.
⢠Remain accountable for long-term outcomesānot just design and implementationāand prioritize solutions that align with the business strategy to maximize impact.
⢠Manage the ā20% localizationā for Partnership Programsācustomizing enterprise curriculum to fit the OpCoās context, use cases, and operational rhythm in collaboration with the HRVP or OpCo client.
⢠A Bachelorās degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related discipline. A Masterās degree is preferred.
⢠Typically 8+ years of experience in HR business partnership, talent management, leadership development, organizational development, internal consulting, or similar business-facing talent roles.
⢠Experience functioning as an internal consulting partner to leaders at various levels, ideally through long-term engagements.
⢠Proven ability to diagnose intricate organizational and leadership challenges.
⢠Excellent facilitation and coaching skills; comfortable shaping demand, challenging assumptions, and prioritizing what is most important.
⢠Highly adaptable and resourceful; capable of quickly learning a new business, establishing credibility with minimal infrastructure, and navigating ambiguity with ease.
⢠Judgment to refrain from creating solutions from scratch when an existing enterprise resource or simpler method is adequate; able to design and implement a solution comprehensively only when necessary.
⢠Proficient with modern learning delivery methods and tools (both virtual and in-person facilitation, cohort experiences, leader toolkits, and learning technologies) to enhance adoption across operating companies.
⢠Ability to function in a dual capacity: as a trusted internal consulting partner (diagnosis, influence, alignment through the HRVP) and as a hands-on L&D practitioner (direct delivery, installation, and reinforcement within the workflow).
⢠Experience working effectively in a decentralized, multi-OpCo or matrixed operational modelābalancing local context with enterprise resources and fostering lasting partnerships with OpCo HRVPs and leaders.
⢠Strong change leadership and implementation discipline; capable of transitioning from concept to sustained behavior change while remaining accountable for results over time.
⢠Data-informed mindset: comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative inputs (business signals, talent data, feedback) to assess needs and demonstrate impact.
