Talent Attraction Specialist – Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to discover outstanding talent.

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases.

• Establish networks and develop candidate pools for various positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position requirements and organizational culture fit.

• Maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Update and manage data and reports in the applicant tracking system.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.
