Talent Attraction Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Implement effective and innovative sourcing strategies to discover outstanding talent

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases

• Build networks and develop candidate pools for various positions and locations

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position requirements and cultural fit

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction

• Update and manage applicant tracking system data and reports

• Engage in special projects as assigned

• Assist Wilson's recruitment and client delivery teams

• Collaborate with clients and recruiters to locate, identify, and present talent for diverse roles and experience levels
