This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Formulate and implement sourcing strategies for challenging and high-demand roles.
β’ Discover and connect with passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional organizations, conferences, networking events, and various sourcing avenues.
β’ Establish and nurture talent pipelines and communities for recurring, essential, and key functional positions.
β’ Execute talent mapping and market analysis to identify potential candidate pools.
β’ Create candidate engagement strategies and reconnect with previous applicants.
β’ Oversee a manageable portfolio of requisitions from initial intake to offer acceptance.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp business needs and devise recruitment strategies.
β’ Perform candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
β’ Organize recruitment phases and guarantee a positive candidate experience.
β’ Assist hiring managers in making selection decisions and provide offer recommendations.
β’ Negotiate offers and facilitate successful candidate onboarding and transition.
β’ Ensure adherence to employment regulations, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing and HR on employer branding initiatives.
β’ Advocate for Altasciences' employer value proposition across digital channels.
β’ Support social media recruitment campaigns and develop content.
β’ Manage employee referral programs and targeted attraction initiatives.
β’ Aid in optimizing the career site and enhancing the candidate experience.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of attraction campaigns and suggest improvements.
β’ Foster relationships with universities, colleges, and industry organizations.
β’ Organize career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.
β’ Create pipelines for internship, co-op, and entry-level recruitment programs.
β’ Forge strategic partnerships to enhance future talent pipelines.
β’ Track sourcing metrics, pipeline activities, and campaign performance.
β’ Provide insights into the talent market and competitive intelligence.
β’ Monitor candidate conversion rates and the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
β’ Propose innovative attraction strategies informed by market trends.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
β’ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva, and Workday.
β’ Capability to draft reports and correspondence effectively.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
β’ Extensive experience in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools.
β’ Experience in recruitment within scientific, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or technical sectors is a significant advantage.
β’ Proven experience in building talent pipelines and communities.
β’ Strong sourcing skills and Boolean search expertise.
β’ Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding best practices.
β’ Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and analytics.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience with ATS platforms β familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
