Senior Manager, Global Procurement – Jewelry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for designated categories.

• Set short- and long-term procurement goals that align with business expansion.

• Achieve outstanding product cost efficiency without compromising product quality or ESG factors.

• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate procurement functionalities into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.

• Identify and achieve a 700 basis points reduction in product costs over the next year.

• Organize and oversee competitive, comprehensive bidding processes with manufacturing partners.

• Manage the entire RFP lifecycle from vendor identification to award.

• Negotiate cost savings for products and establish repeatable negotiation frameworks.

• Develop an AI agent to systematically manage RFPs by 2026 with scenario analysis capabilities.

• Create and utilize component-level clean sheets to ensure pricing transparency.

• Review, approve, and optimize costs for purchasing events.

• Lead margin reviews for Buy Plans and collaborate with material sourcing teams to ensure competitive pricing.

• Negotiate launch costs and set timelines for re-evaluating scale pricing.

• Provide scale costing benchmarks to the merchandising team.

• Collaborate with Material Managers, Sourcing Teams, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors to leverage material advantages.

• Incorporate upstream material availability into product design and development processes.

• Identify and implement supply chain value creation initiatives, including vertical integration and volume consolidation.

• Investigate commodity strategies to manage price volatility.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within a consumer goods or retail context.

• Demonstrated success in conducting competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.

• Practical experience in creating and utilizing clean sheets for cost negotiations.

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data-driven decision-making.

• Experience collaborating across functions with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

• Successful completion of a background check.
