Talent Associate Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and various other sourcing avenues.

• Execute proactive talent searches and establish talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.

• Evaluate and interview candidates via phone and virtual platforms.

• Assist in high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple business areas.

• Present suitable candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.

• Keep precise candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other sourcing tools.

• Develop and maintain talent pools for roles that are frequently recruited.

• Work collaboratively with recruitment teams throughout Poland to comprehend hiring needs and market dynamics.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate research; entry-level experience will be considered.

• Proficient sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Ability to confidently identify passive candidates.

• Experience in conducting candidate screening calls and interviews.

• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management.

• Capability to handle multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Experience in supporting high-volume recruitment projects for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
