This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for approximately 50 hires annually across corporate, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Technology, and Product positions.
• Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to establish requirements, selection criteria, interview strategies, and hiring timelines.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn and various other platforms.
• Create innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies for specialized and challenging-to-fill technical and corporate positions.
• Evaluate and assess candidates against role requirements and present qualified shortlists along with recommendations.
• Oversee the interview processes and maintain communication with candidates.
• Draft, extend, and negotiate job offers in collaboration with the Chief People Officer and hiring managers.
• Compose and publish accurate job descriptions and postings.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leadership to synchronize hiring priorities and timelines.
• Keep requisition and candidate records updated in Greenhouse.
• Provide updates on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to the Chief People Officer and leadership team.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle corporate (in-house) recruiting experience.
• Proficient in recruiting for both technical roles, including engineering and product, as well as non-technical corporate positions.
• Experience in recruiting within a dynamic, growing SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn and additional channels.
• Experience in extending and negotiating job offers.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system is essential.
• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Irvine, CA office two to four times a year.
• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States, as Genea utilizes E-Verify for all new hires in the United States.
