This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Consistently promote that 2nd Family is hiring across multiple platforms, utilizing both free and paid services with pre-approved expenses.
• Generate a steady stream of job applications and pre-screen candidates according to 2nd Family standards.
• Arrange interviews with suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews on the calendar and provide resumes along with phone pre-screen notes to interviewers.
• Gather necessary information for new caregivers and finalize employee files.
• Ensure onboarding paperwork is signed and email the Orientation Manual.
• Accurately and promptly input caregiver information into AxisCare.
• Scan and store required documents online.
• Collect updated copies of caregiver documents that are nearing expiration.
• Complete the scheduling process by the end of business on Wednesdays for the upcoming two full weeks.
• Follow up on any unconfirmed shifts.
• Contact caregivers via call, text, and email to fill shifts.
• Participate in the weekend on-call rotation.
• Seek assistance from office assistants or management for scheduling tasks when necessary.
• Strive to fill shifts more than 48 hours prior to their start time.
• Demonstrate professionalism and efficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Show a strong passion for providing exceptional service to both caregivers and clients.
• Be thorough and methodical in managing documents, shifts, and staff coordination.
• Possess the ability to think quickly and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, HR coordination, or relevant administrative roles within a healthcare or medical environment.
• Be familiar with medical terminology and basic health insurance concepts.
• Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Experience with scheduling systems is preferred.
