Talent Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct 10–15 minute introductory screening calls with senior-level candidates based in the US.

• Quickly establish rapport to ensure candidates feel understood and enthusiastic about the next steps.

• Discuss key topics using the company’s screening scripts while maintaining a natural flow in conversations.

• Utilize the evaluation guide to assess candidate suitability for the role or other positions within the company.

• Accurately log findings in the company’s system.

• Independently manage call schedules, address no-shows, and handle follow-ups.

• Identify common candidate inquiries and issues related to role positioning to enhance company processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, specifically screening senior-level candidates in the US, Canada, Europe, or Australia.

• Proficient spoken English with exceptional phone communication skills.

• Capability to earn trust from senior candidates within a short timeframe.

• Keen judgment to differentiate between substantive responses and polished answers, articulating fit decisions effectively.

• Detail-oriented and organized; proficient in covering all topics and generating thorough, accurate notes.

• A self-starter who is receptive to coaching, takes ownership, acts on feedback promptly, and enjoys exploring new systems.

• Consistently available during US hours, including early mornings and/or evenings in the candidate's time zone.
