Talent Administrator, Coordinator – French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Support the recruitment and interviewing processes.

• Conduct phone interviews and document candidate responses, assessing candidates based on job requirements.

• Create interview schedules to ensure that qualified candidates are assessed.

• Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems, including ATS and proprietary platforms.

• Review applications submitted via the ATS promptly.

• Arrange complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers.

• Manage the offer process, including drafting and routing offer letters and presenting offers to candidates.

• Oversee candidate background checks, medical assessments, and reference verification processes.

• Organize travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates.

• Facilitate various aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Accurately edit and post job openings to the ATS within designated timeframes.

• Administer the posting of roles to candidate-generation channels.

• Keep the recruitment team informed about progress and address any concerns or challenges.

• Provide metrics and pipeline reporting.

• Offer additional administrative support to the recruitment team as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator is preferred.

• Experience in a business or office environment is preferred.

• Background in customer service or administration is preferred.

• Strong administrative skills and competencies in recruitment.

• Familiarity with common concepts, practices, and procedures in talent acquisition is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.

• Ability to prioritize and organize personal workload effectively.

• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients.
