Talent Administrator, Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Support the recruitment and interview process.

• Conduct phone interviews and document candidate responses, screening applicants based on the requirements of the position.

• Create interview schedules for qualified candidates.

• Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and proprietary recruitment platforms.

• Review applicants who have submitted their applications through the ATS.

• Arrange complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with recruiters or hiring managers.

• Manage the offer process, which includes drafting and routing offer letters and presenting offers to candidates.

• Organize candidate background checks, medical assessments, and reference checks.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for candidates.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

• Accurately edit and post job positions to the ATS within specified deadlines.

• Administratively manage the posting of roles to candidate generation channels.

• Keep the recruitment team updated on progress while escalating any concerns or challenges.

• Provide reporting on metrics and candidate pipelines.

• Offer additional administrative support to the recruitment team as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Completion of Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator is preferred.

• Experience in a business or office setting.

• Customer service or administrative experience is preferred.

• Strong competencies in recruitment administration.

• Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in talent acquisition is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.

• Ability to prioritize and organize personal workload effectively.

• A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients.
