This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Coordinate and arrange schedules for candidates participating in selection process activities such as assessments, interviews, and onsite visits.
• Manage pre-employment processing of new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Draft offer letters and oversee the execution of background checks and reference verifications.
• Maintain candidate files and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead auxiliary postings for the internal recruitment team and collaborate on the requirements for open job requisitions.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports while coordinating schedules and meetings.
• Produce daily reports tracking candidate and recruiter activity.
• Monitor candidate activity and update their status in applicant tracking systems.
• Execute general office tasks, including responding to candidate and recruiter inquiries, filing, copying, and data entry.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration, ideally within an HR or staffing context.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to completing projects punctually.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• In-depth understanding and commitment to maintaining confidentiality requirements.
