This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator and business owner of the Contract Lifecycle Management platform, serving as the escalation point for any platform-related issues and operational disruptions.
• Oversee platform configuration, workflows, templates, clause libraries, user access, and governance controls.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, releases, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization of the platform.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, TPRM, IT, and other business stakeholders to enhance contracting processes and user experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract intake, routing, approvals, escalations, and stakeholder support.
• Ensure that contracts adhere to established governance requirements based on risk, supplier type, spend thresholds, and business necessities.
• Manage system integrations and data flows between CLM, procurement, and associated technology platforms.
• Collect business and technical requirements and lead testing efforts for integrations, enhancements, releases, and defect resolution.
• Create reports and dashboards; analyze contract cycle times, intake volumes, bottlenecks, supplier activity, and overall operational performance.
• Facilitate issue resolution, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while suggesting new platform capabilities and enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Contract Management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and procurement operations.
• Practical experience in CLM administration.
• Experience in supporting contingent workforce, statement of work (SOW), and supplier engagement processes.
• Proficiency in gathering business requirements and converting them into system solutions.
• Significant experience in managing system integrations and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading vendor management and governance activities.
• Experience in addressing system incidents, escalations, and production issue resolution.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Preferred: Expertise in Sirion Labs CLM.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Power BI and reporting.
• Preferred: Knowledge of supplier management, third-party risk, and contract compliance programs.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting procurement transformation initiatives.
• Preferred: PMP, CPSM, CPSP, Certified Procurement Professional, or a similar certification.
