This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Follow up with patients in accordance with the approved cadence to gather updates related to reimbursement and information necessary for case advancement.

• Accurately and promptly update and maintain patient records, documenting activities, outcomes, and communications pertaining to reimbursement.

• Gather, review, and log information regarding coverage, claims status, and patient access issues.

• Elevate reimbursement challenges, coverage obstacles, and case-specific issues to the relevant team members.

• Report any adverse events noted during patient interactions to the designated units or departments.

• Keep precise and up-to-date records in the relevant systems and departmental files.

• Compile reimbursement-related data from multiple sources for reporting, tracking, and case management purposes.

• Collaborate with internal team members and management to facilitate the resolution of case-related and workload challenges.

• Foster positive and professional working relationships with colleagues, management, and internal stakeholders.

• Carry out additional reimbursement support duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role within a pharmaceutical environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

• Demonstrated precision in processing substantial amounts of data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to change and willingness to acquire new skills as necessary.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Analytical skills to gather information, identify inconsistencies, and assist with routine reporting requirements.

• Ability to address standard issues using established procedures and sound judgment regarding escalation requirements.

• Proficiency with standard productivity tools.

• Ability to adhere to relevant policies, procedures, privacy regulations, safety standards, and program guidelines.
