This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide personalized private lessons on recruiting and personnel selection

• Teach CV screening and interview techniques

• Assist students and professionals with LinkedIn usage and job searching

• Explain employer branding and HR processes

• Introduce junior profiles to the HR field

• Support students, recent graduates, or career changers

• Conduct 1-to-1 sessions online or in person

⛳️ Requirements

• HR Specialist, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar roles

• Practical experience in recruitment or HR management

• Ability to explain processes in a clear and concrete manner

• Strong mentoring and listening skills

• Certifications are not required

• Teaching experience is not necessary
