Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, submitting candidates, negotiating salaries, coordinating offers, and facilitating onboarding transitions.

• Collaborate with leadership and program stakeholders to ascertain staffing needs, technical qualifications, security clearance requirements, and customer expectations.

• Create and sustain candidate pipelines through professional networking, referrals, recruiting platforms, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Assess candidates for relevant experience, technical skills, career aspirations, and compatibility with the company culture.

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with candidates, military professionals, veterans, and industry contacts to address current and future hiring demands.

• Assist in recruiting efforts for contract proposals, recompetes, and anticipated program needs.

• Maintain precise candidate records, monitor recruiting activities, and provide timely updates on hiring progress and any potential challenges.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, professionalism, and effective follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within the federal government contracting sector.

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting cleared professionals, especially in the DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, or related government programs.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, cleared sourcing channels, and other recruiting platforms.

• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to independently manage multiple recruiting priorities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven success in building and maintaining professional relationships.

• Resourceful, tenacious, and driven to identify qualified candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.

• Familiarity with federal contracting environments, security clearance requirements, and government hiring processes is preferred.

• Active or expired security clearance is preferred.
