This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for positions across the global organization, from initial intake to offer acceptance.
• Handle a live load of open requisitions simultaneously, ensuring both momentum and quality throughout the entire portfolio.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, establish sourcing strategies, and reach consensus on candidate profiles and timelines.
• Actively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and various creative channels.
• Develop and sustain a robust and diverse candidate pipeline across all markets.
• Advocate for and embody NMI's culture, values, and employer brand during all candidate interactions.
• Perform initial screenings and coordinate the interview process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and utilize recruitment data to inform decisions and report on progress.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership regarding requisition status, pipeline health, and market insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
• Over 2 years of recruiting experience in an in-house and/or agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, balancing speed and quality.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with proven experience engaging passive candidates.
• Experience in recruiting across various functions or business areas.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capability to build credibility with hiring managers at all levels.
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• A data-informed mindset — tracking metrics, identifying trends, and utilizing insights to enhance outcomes.
• Solid understanding of confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices.
• Candidates must be able to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK.
• Completion of satisfactory background and financial checks is required.
• Preferred: Experience recruiting for customer support, marketing, and sales roles in a global or multi-site setting.
• Preferred: Familiarity with recruiting in the payments, fintech, or SaaS sectors.
• Preferred: Experience contributing to employer branding or university/early careers recruitment initiatives.
• Preferred: Exposure to recruiting in international markets, especially South Africa.
• NMI does not possess a UK visa sponsorship licence; applicants needing sponsorship cannot be processed.
