This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process across EMEA for a variety of technical positions in Engineering and Product, as well as business roles in Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of pre-boarding and onboarding procedures.
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods, AI search technologies, and direct outreach to identify diverse talent across EMEA markets.
• Provide a swift, transparent, and memorable experience for candidates.
• Counsel hiring managers on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines.
• Monitor conversion metrics and reduce time-to-hire through data analysis.
• Continuously enhance talent acquisition techniques.
• Ensure inclusive hiring frameworks and equitable evaluation standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads throughout EMEA.
• Guarantee accurate contract creation and compliance during hiring and onboarding.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist managing both Technical and Business roles within EMEA.
• Outstanding organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong practical knowledge of Workable ATS.
• Effective collaboration within Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Proficient in AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude).
• High competencies in stakeholder management and influence.
• Proven ability to coach hiring managers towards prompt and informed decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Skillful in crafting engaging candidate outreach and conveying complex information clearly within fully remote teams.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in recruiting within HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) industries.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EMEA labor market trends, compensation standards, and preferences of remote-first candidates.
• Hands-on experience in designing employer branding initiatives or organizing virtual recruitment events.
