Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process from job advertisement to offer acceptance and closure.

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels.

• Conduct preliminary screenings and assist candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and priorities.

• Offer coaching and support to enhance interviewing and hiring methodologies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end.

• Effectively manage job offers and finalize candidate selections.

• Keep precise records in the ATS (ADP).

• Facilitate new hire onboarding, coordinating between Recruiting, HR, and IT for a smooth first day.

• Deliver exceptional candidates in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Fill positions swiftly without compromising on quality.

• Establish strong collaborations with hiring managers.

• Serve as a dependable, solution-focused resource for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.

• Preference for experience in high-volume or service-oriented recruiting.

• A strong sense of urgency and accountability.

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Solution-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
