Recruiter – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify the necessary talent to support and enhance Trulieve’s workforce.

• Act as the main point of contact and reference for retail recruitment efforts.

• Source candidates through effective and innovative outreach strategies.

• Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screenings and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools.

• Facilitate reference checks, background screenings, and negotiation of offers.

• Maintain candidate data and outreach records within the application tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and recruitment processes.

• Monitor recruiting data, report findings, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Represent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.

• Assist with additional recruiting initiatives and special projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.

• Proven experience with high-volume recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• Experience in recruiting for a diverse range of positions.

• Background in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems; knowledge of SAP and/or SuccessFactors is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas).

• Highly motivated, confident, and energetic.

• Self-starter with a record of achieving results under tight deadlines.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.

• Organized with prompt follow-up across multiple candidates.

• Strong and engaging communicator with a talent for persuading candidates.

• Capability to work with various personalities at different levels of seniority.

• Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and professionalism.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Must be at least 21 years old, or 18 in CT, PA, and WV.

• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
