Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment processes for positions at various levels and across multiple industries.

• Develop sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.

• Execute proactive searches for specialized and strategic roles.

• Maintain and manage the talent pool effectively.

• Create reports, evaluations, and technical feedback.

• Operate independently as a contractor for RHF Talentos.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection (consulting experience is advantageous).

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.).

• Strong skills in competency-based interviewing.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Valid business registration (CNPJ) for independent work.

• Ability to work remotely.

• A laptop or computer in excellent working condition.

• Microsoft Office installed and fully operational.

• Reliable internet connection, along with a headset and microphone, in a professional work setting.

• A university degree.

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Experience in filling strategic and high-volume roles (preferred).
