Construction Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the hiring process for skilled trades and commercial construction professionals.

• Evaluate submissions, perform initial screenings, and assess the qualifications of candidates.

• Recommend candidates for client interviews based on a shortlist.

• Keep organized records of candidates and track recruiting activities.

• Actively seek out candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.

• Focus on candidates in carpentry, welding, steel erection, and various commercial construction trades.

• Collaborate with external staffing agencies and recruiting partners.

• Oversee communication across active recruiting channels.

• Investigate potential business opportunities and initiate initial outreach.

• Maintain a lead pipeline for management's review.

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain precise recruiting records.

• Assist with the creation of recruiting-related social media content and light marketing coordination.

• Provide support for additional administrative or outreach tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment within the United States.

• Preferred experience in recruiting for the construction industry.

• Proficient in utilizing various sourcing and headhunting platforms.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working independently.

• Excellent follow-through abilities.

• Availability for a schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.
