This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Work closely with the COO and general managers to ensure hiring objectives align with business growth across six locations in Pennsylvania.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, making job offers, and facilitating onboarding.

• Implement innovative headhunting strategies, engage in direct outreach, and actively build a talent pipeline for roles in restoration, construction, and office operations.

• Create compelling job postings and act as the professional representative welcoming new talent to the organization.

• Utilize CareerPlug and other recruitment tools to monitor pipeline metrics, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, whether in an agency or in-house setting.

• Demonstrated capability to manage your own schedule, work efficiently in a fully remote environment, and achieve results independently without micromanagement.

• Outgoing, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills across phone, video, and written formats.

• Ability to swiftly transition between recruiting for technical field technician roles and operations manager positions.

• Familiarity with contemporary applicant tracking systems (such as CareerPlug, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) and video interview platforms.

• Must be based in the US Eastern Time Zone.
