This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehend both current and future recruitment needs.
• Anticipate workforce trends and create proactive recruitment strategies to fill talent shortages.
• Provide insights on the talent market, candidate availability, and best hiring practices.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from intake through to the offer stage.
• Facilitate and execute screening, interviewing, and selection procedures.
• Ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality experience throughout the hiring process.
• Identify and utilize new and diverse sourcing channels.
• Build strong talent pipelines through both tactical and strategic sourcing efforts.
• Actively source passive candidates and nurture relationships with them.
• Engage in forecasting and recruitment planning activities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
• Enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Lead or participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Handle a high volume of requisitions across various job types and complexities.
• Maintain organization and follow-through in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree (Strongly Preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience is required for consideration as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong skills in building relationships and consultative partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of requisitions.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring impactful talent.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and cultivating diverse talent pipelines.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach with a focus on ongoing improvement.
• Regular travel required across Virginia and North Carolina.
• Residency within 50 miles of Virginia Beach, VA is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility to adjust hours as necessary to support hiring events and business priorities, as well as personal scheduling needs.
