Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to extending offers for roles based in the United States and Canada.

• Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, administer tests, present job offers, and perform reference/background checks.

• Create job postings and recruitment materials.

• Advertise and manage job postings on career platforms and various media channels.

• Identify candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, and referrals.

• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to discuss position specifications, candidate profiles, and the recruitment process.

• Assess resumes and qualifications against job criteria.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews; conduct and report findings from initial interviews.

• Build candidate pipelines and sustain a robust talent pool.

• Keep records of applicants and interview outcomes in the applicant tracking system.

• Build relationships with hiring managers to gain insights into position specifications and recruitment needs.

• Counsel hiring managers on talent acquisition trends and the job market landscape.

• Enhance understanding of PSI's business and functional areas to effectively recruit and hire talent.

• Act as a primary contact for candidates, promote the PSI employer brand, and ensure a positive candidate journey.

• Provide updates and analytical reports on recruitment progress to hiring managers and the Training & Resourcing team.

• Assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and implement enhancements to the process.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.

• Experience in recruiting within the Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, and/or candidate management systems.

• Understanding of interview techniques and sourcing strategies.

• Knowledge of employment laws and general human resources practices.

• Must not require a work visa for employment or continued employment now or at any future time.
