This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and execute the overall recruitment strategy for the organization.
• Ensure that staffing requirements are fulfilled through a long-term talent strategy.
• Draft and revise job descriptions and specifications.
• Conduct market analysis and compensation studies to establish competitive salary ranges.
• Develop interview questions tailored to each position.
• Formulate and implement sourcing strategies along with employer branding initiatives.
• Identify and screen potential candidates.
• Organize and facilitate interviews.
• Manage references, background checks, and pre-employment screenings.
• Extend employment offers.
• Guide and educate management and hiring authorities on interviewing techniques, recruitment methods, and tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements.
• Work with management to define candidate selection criteria.
• Stay updated on recruitment and retention trends and best practices.
• Organize interview and selection processes, which include screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates’ resumes, portfolios, and references.
• Engage in interviews and selection processes, offering advice and insights to hiring managers.
• Plan and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide analytical, documented recruitment reports to stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, employing diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Competency in MS Office applications and Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Capacity to multitask and serve multiple internal clients simultaneously.
• Experience in warehousing, supply chain, and/or industrial manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Proficiency with the ADP ATS is preferred.
• HRCI or SHRM certification is preferred.
• Ability to remain stationary and/or upright for extended periods during an 8-10 hour work shift.
• Capability to navigate stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch occasionally.
• Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 15 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, and extensive reading.
• Ability to perceive normal speaking-level sounds and to make nuanced distinctions in sound.
