This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting life cycle.

• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Conduct screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting, and negotiating job offers with candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to address staffing requirements and ensure the quality and timeliness of the hiring process.

• Pre-screen candidates for full-time employment positions.

• Evaluate qualifications and cultural alignment through behavioral interviews and competency-based assessments.

• Collaborate with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners to formulate salary offers.

• Adhere to legal standards and company hiring policies while providing coaching and guidance to managers.

• Monitor recruiting progress and utilize the Applicant Tracking System to capture metrics and achieve objectives.

• Cultivate relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to comprehend and fulfill business hiring needs.

• Facilitate high-quality candidate selection and expedite the hiring of university graduates and interns.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in recruiting/sourcing, or a master's degree with at least 2 years of related experience; alternatively, 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate recruiting/sourcing.

• Proficiency in utilizing analytical skills and metrics to achieve results.

• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including management, executives, and candidates.

• Excellent analytical, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Familiarity with HR applications, Applicant Tracking Systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience in recruiting for Engineering or IT positions.

• Strong influence, consulting, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in a team-oriented, customer service-focused environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external clients.
