This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +6 more countries.
• Collaborate effectively with leadership and internal teams to prioritize job openings and fulfill business hiring requirements.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues in the recruitment process before they affect candidates or hiring teams.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, recruiting platforms, referrals, and other avenues.
• Maintain timely and proactive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and coordinate offer letters along with other recruitment-related documentation.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and provide updates regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and timelines.
• Manage budgets related to recruitment and posting expenses.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay organized across multiple job vacancies by utilizing systems, calendars, reminders, and tracking tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend position requirements, candidate profiles, timelines, and priorities.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing to offer and placement.
• Review resumes and applications and perform initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and maintain candidate documentation, interview records, offer details, and recruitment updates.
• Create and sustain accurate job postings.
• Keep precise records in recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
• Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM MST (US).
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role is essential.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously is required.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment practices is necessary.
• Experience in recruiting for various positions and professional functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Solid experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage competing deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and standard productivity tools.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
