Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Work closely with the COO and general managers to ensure hiring objectives are in sync with ongoing business growth across six locations in Pennsylvania.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from active sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, extending job offers, and facilitating onboarding.

• Implement innovative headhunting strategies, direct outreach, and proactive talent pipeline development for challenging restoration, construction, and office operations positions.

• Create compelling job advertisements and act as the professional representative welcoming new talent to the SERVPRO Team Doyle.

• Utilize CareerPlug and various recruiting tools to monitor pipeline metrics, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, either in an agency setting or in-house.

• Demonstrated ability to manage your schedule effectively, work efficiently in a fully remote setting, and achieve results with minimal supervision.

• An outgoing, empathetic, and persuasive communicator across phone, video, and written correspondence.

• Comfortable transitioning quickly between recruiting for technical field technicians and operations managers.

• Familiar with contemporary applicant tracking systems (like CareerPlug, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter) as well as video interview platforms.

• Must be situated within the US Eastern Time Zone.
