This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requisitions, scorecards, timelines, and assessing organizational fit.
• Advertise job openings and manage applications using the UKG Pro ATS.
• Manage incoming Talent Acquisition requests through Jira.
• Prioritize essential roles while managing multiple open requisitions.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and direct outreach efforts.
• Forecast long-term hiring requirements and enhance the employer brand.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as turnover rates and time-to-fill.
• Maintain candidate records and oversee Talent Acquisition reporting.
• Generate weekly recruitment updates for various business units.
• Assist the HR team with new hire onboarding processes.
• Represent GroupHEALTH at job fairs and networking events.
• Contribute to the annual recruitment strategy and budget planning.
• Lead and assist with Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Become the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the designated client group within 90 days.
• Manage recruitment-related social media content, including features on new hires and employee spotlights.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, whether in-house or in an agency setting.
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in sales or cold-calling is beneficial.
• Familiarity with an ATS, preferably UKG Pro.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to serve as a strategic advisor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
