Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Attract, source, and select exceptional talent to align with the company's strategic goals.

• Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural compatibility.

• Oversee the candidate journey from the initial contact to the offer stage.

• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future job vacancies.

• Keep accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

• Supervise the sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and selection processes of candidates.

• Manage documentation processes and ensure precise applicant record maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal).

• Must be adept with MS Office applications and Google Suite.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Willingness to work from home on a permanent basis.

• Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.

• Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB.

• Computer Operating System: At least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.

• Primary headset: USB-type headset with noise-cancelling capabilities.

• Camera that provides clear and crisp video output.

• Backup system that meets the specified processor, RAM, and operating system requirements, or a UPS capable of powering the workstation for a minimum of 3 hours and typically 240Wh or higher.

• UPS must accommodate all plugs required for the primary device and work environment.

• Primary DSL/fiber internet connection of at least 100mb/s contracted.

• Backup internet connection of at least 20mb/s via cellular.

• A year of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
