This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance recruitment strategies for intricate and high-impact positions.

• Provide counsel to hiring leaders on success profiles, role scope, feasibility, expectations, and market dynamics.

• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and deliver well-informed recommendations.

• Develop and calibrate interview strategies for challenging or senior roles.

• Manage and troubleshoot complex interview coordination.

• Guide the synthesis and interpretation of interview feedback and facilitate decision-making discussions.

• Ensure the accurate and compliant completion of pre-employment requirements.

• Drive offer strategy for complex hires while managing candidate expectations and closing conversations.

• Collaborate with People & Culture leaders to assess talent needs and align business strategies with hiring approaches.

• Utilize recruiting technology and AI-driven insights to enhance pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.

• Execute all other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting for clinical roles within a healthcare environment.

• Proven experience in recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare support roles.

• Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.

• Self-motivated individual who works effectively under minimal supervision.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable and experienced in utilizing recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, HireEZ, and other AI-enabled tools.

• Capable of managing complex issues and escalates only the most challenging problems to senior staff.

• Possesses extensive knowledge of the subject matter.

• Ability to work during Pacific time hours.
