Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for various technical positions throughout the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Oversee and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to facilitate a seamless hiring process.

• Create and sustain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to discover and engage potential candidates.

• Enhance relationships with prospective candidates and actively advocate for Fluent Trade’s employer brand.

• Remain informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the Hi-Tech industry.

• At least 1 year of experience in a product-based company.

• A demonstrated history of sourcing candidates across the EU, Ukraine, and APAC regions.

• Solid understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and hiring platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
