Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake to the acceptance of offers.

• Collaborate with People Managers to grasp hiring requirements, refine role specifications, and synchronize the recruitment strategy.

• Develop sourcing strategies and actively seek out candidates.

• Conduct screening interviews and assist in the selection process.

• Manage candidate communications and enhance their experience throughout the process.

• Maintain current recruitment pipelines and data.

• Propel hiring efforts forward, identify potential risks early, and proactively recommend solutions.

• Assist in offer presentations and negotiation processes.

• Contribute to talent pools, perform market research, and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment within tech, fintech, payments, or iGaming sectors.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Confidence in engaging with hiring managers and challenging requirements when necessary.

• Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and funnels.

• Fluency in Russian.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level.
