This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the complete recruitment cycle by evaluating applications, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and facilitating new hire onboarding activities.
• Analyze applications and progress candidates who meet the required qualifications.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates.
• Coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates during the interview process.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for designated junior, support, and other lower-complexity positions, including conducting screening interviews.
• Initiate assessments, track progress, and manage related communications.
• Collaborate with HR and training teams to arrange pre-employment screenings and onboarding for new hires.
• Develop and revise process documentation, communication templates, and recruitment reports.
• Ensure accurate candidate and requisition data is maintained within the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with special projects for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources departments.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
• Background in supporting or recruiting for positions within a technology or SaaS company.
• Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to quickly build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing sensitive or confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in the United States or select US locations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, as confirmed by participation in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
