This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of recruitment efforts for a range of higher education partners.
• Create customized recruitment strategies with specific objectives for leads, applications, and enrollment.
• Generate student interest through campus events, informational sessions, classroom presentations, digital outreach, and innovative engagement techniques.
• Foster relationships with faculty, advisors, student leaders, and alumni to act as recruitment advocates.
• Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and classroom presentations.
• Respond to student inquiries, address concerns and obstacles, and assist students throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Assist Global Recruitment and Admissions initiatives, including managing inbox communications and reviewing applications during peak times.
• Be responsible for enrollment targets at each campus and monitor progress towards these goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and support student and alumni ambassadors.
• Initiate peer-to-peer and referral campaigns.
• Maintain the Slate CRM pipeline and collaborate with Admissions on lead follow-up activities.
• Work alongside Marketing to enhance messaging and share insights from the campus.
• Monitor the recruitment funnel from lead to enrollment, identify points of disengagement, and utilize data to prioritize efforts.
• Experiment with new strategies, scale effective methods, and develop campus recruitment playbooks.
• Report directly to the Director of Educational Partnerships.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Experience in higher education recruitment, student engagement, field marketing, campus programs, or a related area.
• Willingness to travel extensively, with nearly 50% time spent on the road during peak recruitment seasons.
• Proven track record of proactively identifying leads and nurturing relationships with faculty, advisors, student leaders, and alumni.
• Ability to manage multiple campuses, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Data-driven mindset for tracking performance and adapting priorities to achieve enrollment objectives.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and CRM systems.
• Ideally, experience with Slate CRM.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Persistent, resilient, resourceful, experimental, and adaptable in approach.
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities.
