Talent Acquisition and Selection Analyst – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive talent acquisition and selection processes for various roles and departments within the organization, ensuring alignment with leadership on candidate profiles, job postings, screening, interviews, and feedback.

• Assist managers in establishing candidate profiles and strategies for attracting top talent.

• Guarantee a positive experience for candidates at every step of the recruitment process.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to Talent Acquisition and Selection.

• Monitor and track key department metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing talent acquisition and selection processes of varying complexities.

• Familiarity with interview techniques and competency-based evaluations.

• Strong analytical abilities and a strategic approach to recommend enhancements and solutions.

• Preferred: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gupy.

• Preferred: Experience in managing high-volume recruitment efforts.

• Preferred: Understanding of recruitment and selection metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
