Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify prospective candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other pertinent channels.

• Evaluate profiles and applications based on role specifications and assess candidates’ actual experiences.

• Craft personalized outreach messages and follow up with candidates.

• Conduct preliminary screening calls and share insights with hiring managers.

• Organize interviews, monitor candidate progress, and manage the hiring pipeline.

• Enhance job postings, outreach communications, and sourcing strategies based on outcomes.

• Ensure candidates receive a professional and responsive experience.

• Assist in hiring efforts across creative, marketing, ecommerce, and operations sectors.

• Develop a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and provide context for hiring decisions.

• Some background in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or a position involving research and outreach.

• Strong entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn to research individuals and evaluate relevant experiences.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A genuine curiosity about individuals, their work, and their motivations.

• Ability to receive feedback, adapt swiftly, and follow through without constant prompting.

• Good judgment in recognizing promising candidates while being open to diverse career trajectories.

• Experience in recruiting for ecommerce, creative, or performance marketing positions is a bonus.
