Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee 10–15 active recruitment searches across various departments and brands.

• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and develop reusable talent pools.

• Create multi-step outreach campaigns utilizing email sequences, InMail strategies, and follow-up communications.

• Conduct initial interviews and represent eJam to prospective candidates.

• Ensure the flow of scheduling, feedback, and communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.

• Prepare job offers and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding.

• Manage confidential and high-level searches with discretion.

• Oversee recruitment expenditures across LinkedIn job postings, PPC advertisements, and Indeed campaigns.

• Report weekly recruitment expenses to the People Operations Manager.

• Maintain weekly recruitment reports covering inbound, outbound, and agency pipelines.

• Monitor the status of open roles and address any challenges, candidate quality issues, and volume concerns with proposed solutions.

• Provide insights into market trends regarding compensation and talent availability.

• Meet metrics for time-to-fill, outbound response rates, interview progression, and hiring manager satisfaction at the 30-day mark.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, managing roles from initiation to signed offer.

• Background in recruiting for or with a US-based company, preferably in marketing, advertising, eCommerce, or agency settings.

• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.

• Capable of conducting daily live video calls with US candidates.

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean searches, projects, InMail campaigns, and talent pool management.

• Familiarity with Workable for managing requisitions, pipelines, and offers.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, research, or automation.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, including job board expenditures, sponsored postings, or agency fees, along with reporting responsibilities.

• Ability to handle 10–15 searches simultaneously across different functions and levels of seniority.

• Available to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

• Must be willing to work as an independent contractor.
